Founded in 2010, Common Purpose Hong Kong runs leadership development programmes in Hong Kong that inspire and equip people to work together across boundaries.
We deliver a range of leadership programmes for individuals and organizations in Hong Kong.
Powerful, interactive online learning for leaders who want to cross boundaries
In these uniquely challenging times, the demand for effective leadership – in our organizations and in society – has never been greater. We face problems that are complex and interconnected – problems that can only be solved by leaders who see the bigger picture and adapt to an ever-changing context.
That’s why, at Common Purpose, we have distilled our 30 years of our unique leadership development experience into these two powerful online programmes for senior and emerging leaders. We believe that now, more than ever, we need to support and develop leaders who can cross boundaries, solve complex problems and produce change.

"Hearing directly from the key leaders of different organizations their great insight and secret of success influenced the way I plan to lead in future."
Meridian develops leaders with the skills, networks and understanding to make an impact in their organization and across their city, using a real-world experiential approach. We convene leaders from every corner of the city to share honest accounts of their leadership challenges. We take participants to places and organizations where they can explore how leaders approach complex change in different contexts.
Since 2010, Common Purpose Hong Kong has conducted this programme for senior leaders from the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, who have expressed growth in leadership qualities which include adopting different leadership styles, confronting biases and making better decisions in diverse contexts, embracing innovations and expanding network across sectors and boundaries. Continuing with previous success, we are launching our ninth programme as an online course due to the Covid-19 situation. It will run on 30–31 July and 6–7 August 2020.
