Inclusive Culture Diagnostic

Our Inclusive Culture Diagnostic (ICD) helps you to consider organizational culture and inclusive behaviours in a fresh light. It can provide an insight into an organization’s culture, both in terms of the perceptions people hold of the how inclusive it is, and an analysis of the presence of the behaviours that have been proven to enhance a culture of inclusion.

Cross-Boundary Leadership Index

A measurement self-assessment survey tool designed to help participants gain a better understanding of their strengths and areas for development against a learning competency matrix that focuses on Personal Agility, Leading People and Transforming Systems.

Team Inclusivity Index

A measurement tool to assess how inclusive a team is and provides a baseline against which to measure progress. This looks at how the team works and doesn't work, how members interact and don't interact, and, what they think and what they avoid thinking.

Leading Beyond Authority (LBA) or Cultural Intelligence (CQ) 360 Feedback Tool

A measurement tool that provides leaders with valuable insight drawn from colleagues and peers. Unlike many 360 assessments, our LBA and CQ versions explore leadership through the lens of transformation, purpose, self-awareness, action-orientation, resilience and a multitude of boundaries which leaders need to cross to be better able to work with difference, some of which they may not have previously considered.
