Application criteria

For Global Majority Leaders – we are seeking applicants in middle management positions and above with lived experience of racialisation in the UK.

For Senior Leaders – we are seeking people who are in senior management roles e.g. CEO, SMT, C-Suite regardless of how they racially identify.

We can accept applications as follows:

- One Senior and one Global Majority Leader from the same organisation apply together as a ‘duo’
- There can be more than one application per organisation if the application is from a national organisation and the duo applicants do not operate in the same geography or team.
- Applicants do not need to be on the same team or have a direct management relationship
- In cases of federations, alliances or umbrella organisations, duos could apply from separate organisations

- Senior Leaders can apply solo if organisations are too small and/or don't have a Global Majority Leader in a mid-management role.

- Global Majority applicants must apply with a Senior Leader. This is because we are seeking to bring about change at an organisational level and therefore the sponsorship of a Senior Leader is essential.

- All applicants must be in salaried positions and based in the UK.

Applicants will also:

  • be highly motivated individuals who show commitment to bring about positive change, to expand and broaden the ecosystem and who can demonstrate their leadership potential and/or capability
  • Able to commit to the duration of the programme and to attend, in full, the three-day in-person event in Ilkley on 13,14 and 15 October 2026 (Global Majority applicants only) and the 24 hour in-person final gathering on 16 and 17 September 2027 in central London, venue to be confirmed (for all applicants)
We aim to make our programmes accessible to all, including for those who have a disability or face significant challenges due to health, well-being or personal circumstances.
