What is the legacy you would like to leave on the world?

Every year, we are inspired by the hundreds of Legacy participants we meet on our programmes, and the work they are doing. But this doesn’t end at the programmes’ completion. The 25Under25 Global Legacy Awards celebrate some of the amazing work our Legacy Alumni have gone on to do in their communities and the organizations they’re involved with. Each year, we select 25 inspiring winners from all around the world who will receive access to resources and support to help propel their leadership journey forwards.

What makes a winner?

The future of our world lies in the hands of those who are daring enough to make real, impactful change. Our Legacy programme empowers and supports our next generation of leaders to do this.

Our list of winners from previous Legacy programmes features people from all walks of life, but they all share one thing in common: A commitment to bettering the world we live in, and inspiring others to do the same. It is our honour to champion them, and to continue to support and guide them through their most formative years.

A new generation of leadership

Meet our 25Under25 winners for 2024

Meet the dreamers and the doers who are leaving a mark on their community.

Supporting tomorrow's leaders, today

To help with the important social impact work they are doing, all 25Under25 winners receive £500 and a one-on-one mentoring session with a senior leader who will guide them through this pivotal phase of their leadership journey.

Winners are also recognized at our 25Under25 Awards ceremony, and they each receive a digital badge they can add to their LinkedIn profile. They also have the chance to speak at our future Legacy programmes where they themselves will become mentors for the next generation of leaders.
