Future Leader Experience
The Future Leader Experience is a three-day programme for university students, that assists them to develop the skills required to understand and navigate diversity and complexity, as well as building the self-belief that they can be a leader. These programmes are commissioned by and run in-house at specific universities.
Shumani Tshifhango is young, emerging leader based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and an alumnus of our 2019 streetwise mba in Johannesburg. Witnessing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on those who are less privileged in South Africa, Shumani created the Thusa campaign. Thusa aims to provide South Africans in rural areas and townships with vouchers that can be used to purchase groceries during the pandemic.
