Generation Earthshot: Leadership Programme
We are seeking committed, purpose-driven young leaders from India who are already making strides in their climate action journeys. These individuals are emerging changemakers – visionary, ambitious, and ready to amplify their impact leading on-the-ground or digital initiatives. They may one day be inspired to become Earthshot Prize Finalists. Ideal candidates will be:

1. Aspiring eco-innovators and changemakers
You are actively exploring or developing ideas, projects, or partnerships that respond to environmental challenges or climate change creating community and/or territorial impact. You are driven by a desire to create meaningful and lasting impact and may have already begun to translate your passion into action to deliver meaningful, scalable impact.

2. Emerging leaders with a strong commitment to growth
You have demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to learning—particularly in the areas of climate leadership, sustainability, or climate justice. You are motivated to strengthen your leadership capabilities and broaden your sphere of influence.

3. Passionate communicators and storytellers
You’ve got a voice, and you're ready to use it. Whether through social media, creative projects, public speaking, or your own story, you’re passionate about spotlighting climate solutions and amplifying voices from the frontlines.

4. Aged 18 to 30
We welcome young leaders from across India, from a wide range of backgrounds and sectors who are eager to take their leadership and impact to the next level. We endeavour to make the cohort as diverse as possible and encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds.

5. Available for a fully-funded 4-night programme

All core costs including flights, meals, local transport, and accommodation are covered. Participants will be expected to cover any additional personal expenses.
