Henna Bhatti

Henna’s career to date has been in education management and learning. Prior to joining Common Purpose, Henna worked for a supplementary and alternative provision provider for vulnerable learners including children in care and those with very complex needs, advising local government and other public sector organizations on educational solutions for their learners. She also worked in international student recruitment for a number of years and spent considerable time abroad within the Middle East and Russia.

Henna is passionate about education and young people, in particular in increasing opportunities and equipping them with the skills needed to succeed in an ever changing world. Henna has created and delivered extensive training courses throughout her career.
