Claire Bennett

Claire has worked for Common Purpose since 1997 and since then has worked on both adult and youth courses across West and North Yorkshire and has worked on customised interventions for Ernst & Young, Leeds City Council, University of Leeds and Morrisons. Claire enjoys seeing the difference Common Purpose makes to individuals as they progress in their career and the challenge of working with diverse groups of individuals.

Claire is a member of Bradford College's search committee, a board member of Young Enterprise in West Yorkshire and sits on the Yorkshire and Humber regional judging panels BT's Community Connections Awards.

Her experience includes:

• Design and delivery of leadership development courses in West and North Yorkshire.
• Design and delivery of a courses for emerging leaders in the north.
• Youth courses in West Yorkshire.
• Involved in chairing the national senior leaders 20:20 course.
• Lead responsibility for product development of the International Navigator course for early career, high potential leaders.
• Designed and delivered various pieces of customised work in West Yorkshire.
