Tina McIntyre

Tina started working for Common Purpose in April 1999 and 15 years later still finds it fascinating. She has held a variety of roles within the organization and has had the privilege of working with a huge range of people; from 14 year olds in schools to senior leaders from countries across The Commonwealth, and everything in between. Tina really values the opportunity her role gives her to meet such a variety of interesting and inspiring people, and to see them progress and create positive change in their organizations and communities.

Prior to this Tina worked for Scott Wilson, a civil engineering consultancy firm, working in materials testing at various sites across the UK.

Tina lives in Derby with her husband, son and daughter who all share her passion for the sea and surfing, despite living just about as far away from the sea as you can get in the UK.
