In her role, Christina brings in her facilitation and coaching backgrounds, while exploring opportunities for Common Purpose to continue to impact the empowerment and potential of professionals in Hong Kong and beyond through leadership development initiatives.

Christina has accumulated nearly two decades of global experience in working with individuals from distinct vulnerable communities. She has worked as a United States Peace Corps volunteer in Jordan at the height of 9/11, in rural Mongolia where resourcefulness really mattered, the Narada Foundation, and The Jane Goodall Institute’s Roots & Shoots Program, where her calling to help those in need was solidified.

Calling Hong Kong home for nearly 9 years, Christina has engaged with a variety of organizations to not just develop an awareness in relation to social justice matters but to create change and impact in the lives of members of the community. Leveraging her expertise in cross-cultural environments, Christina's passion and ambition for learning and development paved the way for her to establish Next Chapters, a social purpose business that seeks to reduce social inequality through coaching and facilitation. Specializing in career development, Christina brings to light the value of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging of women, enabling them to activate their empowerment and write the next professional chapter in their life.

As an activator of meaningful personal and professional advancement and a catalyst for confidence, Christina empowers people to make decisions and take actionable steps to follow through on their greatest ambitions.
