Alison has been part of the Global Customized team since 2010. She manages the day to day running of the business; financial and contract management, schedules all of the customized work and liaises with our customized clients. She also supports the submission of tenders and grant applications.
Alison joined Common Purpose in November 2000. She worked alongside members of the Senior Management Team, supporting internal management and supporting on various projects. She was also responsible for the induction and development of administration staff within Common Purpose UK.
Prior to joining Common Purpose, Alison worked for a regional electricity company after completing her business studies degree. It was her voluntary work, leading project teams in the Middle East over 12 years, that sparked her desire to work in the not-for-profit sector and brought her to Common Purpose.
Outside of Common Purpose, Alison is part of the leadership team with particular responsibility for the pastoral care and co-ordination of church groups.
