Aditi Bhat

Aditi joined Common Purpose in May 2015 to manage some of the group’s large operations and marketing projects. As Global Communications and Marketing Director, she led the process to conceptualize and deliver Common Purpose’s Impact Framework, along with a Self-Assessment tool designed to quantify a participant’s learning and development on leadership programmes.

She is currently responsible for the growth of Common Purpose programmes across Europe and the Middle East. She also leads on delivering the streetwise mba® across London and New York while supporting its growth in Hong Kong, Johannesburg, Manchester, Birmingham and other cities. Prior to Common Purpose, Aditi led the policy and research efforts of the SaveLife Foundation, a charity in India that works on legislation and training to improve road safety in the country. She worked on key strategy development, including advocating with Parliament and the Courts to introduce new laws for the country, building public opinion and raising the profile of the issue with key policy makers.

From 2008 to 2010, Aditi was involved with AIESEC, the world’s largest student run organization offering internships and leadership development opportunities to students. She was President of AIESEC India, responsible for 20 local offices and 2000 people and went on to be AIESEC’s Global Growth Director, where she led the organization to achieving its 5-year growth targets.

Aditi is a qualified lawyer who has practiced in the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court and India’s national consumer forum.
