Aditi Bhat

Aditi manages Common Purpose operations across Europe, Middle East and South Asia and leads on some of the group’s large global partnerships. She is a trained lawyer and public policy professional who joined Common Purpose in May 2015 to manage some of the group’s operations and marketing projects. As Global Communications and Marketing Director, she led the process to conceptualize and deliver Common Purpose’s Impact Framework, along with a Self-Assessment tool designed to quantify a participant’s learning and development on leadership programmes.

She is currently responsible for the growth of Common Purpose programmes across Europe, the Middle East and South Asia (with a focus on India and Bangladesh). She works with some of the organization’s largest global corporate partners to deliver experiential, scalable leadership solutions. She also consults on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion for some of her clients to help further a more representative, inclusive workforce.

Prior to Common Purpose, Aditi led the policy and research efforts of the SaveLife Foundation, a charity in India that works on legislation and training to improve road safety in the country. She worked on key strategy development, including advocating with Parliament and the Courts to introduce new laws for the country, building public opinion and raising the profile of the issue with key policy makers.

Aditi is a qualified lawyer who has practiced in the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court and India’s national consumer forum.

Aditi is passionate about growth and impact at scale. She is a news junkie and mum of two boisterous kids under five who keep her up most nights. She currently lives in London.
