  1. What are you most passionate about?
    I have been a banker for the past 26 years, with the second half of this time being in HR. My passion is to help individual people and teams realize their full potential. To see the development over time is the biggest motivation for me.

  2. What was your most unforgettable experience from the programme? 
    The most important aspect of this programme for me was to get together with non-profit organizations and public corporations, which made me realize the importance and strength of diversity. The discussions during the time shared with people from different experiences and backgrounds was an amazing learning for me.

  3. How would you sum up your experience on the Meridian programme?
    Two words can explain this programme very well, in my opinion: diversity and inclusion. Thanks to Common Purpose, I had the chance to understand more and learn from different points of view.
