I have been a banker for the past 26 years, with the second half of this time being in HR. My passion is to help individual people and teams realize their full potential. To see the development over time is the biggest motivation for me.

The most important aspect of this programme for me was to get together with non-profit organizations and public corporations, which made me realize the importance and strength of diversity.
