- What are you most passionate about?
I have been involved in learning and development for most of my career and this is something that I am passionate about. It is not just about learning new things myself but also developing the people around me. I am also fortunate to be able to run programmes for the next generation of youths in Singapore and it is always a joy to see the impact of the programmes on them.
- What was your most unforgettable experience from the programme?
I have many fond memories of the programme. One of the most unforgettable experiences was on the final night of the programme during the Singapore leg. Besides the good food and drink, we had mass dance at the poolside led by our fellow participant, Nikky, who is a salsa dancer. It was nice seeing the participants letting their hair down, having fun and dancing to the beat.

The ASEAN Leaders Programme has been enriching.
