- What are you most passionate about?
Learning, especially experiential learning, is one of the most important methods that enable people to remember what they have learned for a long time. That’s why I like Martin Buber’s statement in The Principles of Dialogue: "The only way to learn is through encounter."
- What was your most unforgettable experience from the programme?
The programme focused on Leading Beyond Authority and Social Responsibility. At this programme, I met many people who came from different backgrounds and it provided so many different and interesting perspectives and such great learnings from the interaction with various/ colourful people.
- How would you sum up your experience on the Meridian programme?
What I learned most at the programme is how to collaborate with different stakeholders. In this sense, determining what to give and what you take is one of the most important issues. In this century, the meaning of networking has been evolved. Therefore as a human being we need to create a meaning behind the business that we are in charge of.
