My most unforgettable experience from the programme was working with people from different countries in teams. There were a lot of discussions and exchanging of experiences on relevant questions. I also found the seating arrangement gave me a refreshing view. I learned about the power maps and the keys for success presented by selected speakers who have extensive leadership experience.

The programme gave me important lessons from diverse leaders:
1. Power maps that make participants thinking deeper on leader's power
2. In-depth knowledge on the digital economy development for ASEAN
3. Leadership insights from the Ambassador and other leaders from different sectors
