I am most passionate about learning new things and finding ways of imparting them to others, or using them to change the lives of others around me in a positive way.
- What was your biggest learning from the programme?
My biggest learning from the programme is the module, "Interconnected". It corroborated what I had always believed, that leadership is defined not by title but by how large my circle of influence is. Moreover, circle of influence does not necessarily mean my followership alone; it also includes how wide and diverse is the pool of (human) resources accessible by me.

After Common Purpose, my vision became more grounded, more vivid. The storyboard session was deeply clarifying, and as one of the final exercises on the programme. It has had a lasting impact on me.
