I really learnt a lot from the programme and the participants. In Singapore, I got a chance to learnt more about finding different approach to challenges we face in the real life as a leader – both at work, and daily life. In Bangkok, I got a chance to learnt more about leadership coming from different perspectives, with leaders operating in different contexts.

This programme brought people from different countries, cultures, backgrounds and sectors to learn and work together on continuous challenges given throughout the sessions. A very unique and interesting programme! Really glad to be part of it.
