Common Purpose Charitable Trust Founder and Innovation Officer, Julia Middleton, attended FOCAL’s ‘Working Together’ workshop as a guest speaker to discuss the importance of Cultural Intelligence in filmmaking.

FOCAL, the foundation for professional training in cinema and audiovisual media, felt that filmmaking was facing many cultural misunderstandings, and therefore aimed for the workshop to address three main topics – conflict management, collective intelligence and Cultural Intelligence.
