We are delighted to share with you our 2017 Impact Report, bringing you real-life examples of how leaders who have undertaken our programmes are shaping the world around them. From finding collaborative solutions to hunger in Nigeria, to creating lasting social impact through education in Bangladesh, Common Purpose alumni are continuing to build relationships, broaden their networks and drive bold innovation.
In 2017, we delivered programmes for over 5,000 leaders from 116 countries, enabling them to cross boundaries and solve complex problems both in organizations and in cities. We worked with organizations across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, ranging from the ASEAN Foundation to Zesco, and students from 55 universities around the world.
We saw how participants developed the eight leadership competencies through which we measure our impact – 96% of senior leaders who participated in a Common Purpose programme last year said they were better able to Lead Beyond Authority, 93% of emerging leaders said our programmes helped them gain broader networks, and 94% of students said our programmes enabled them to drive bold innovation. We look forward to seeing all that they continue to achieve in the future!
