Chandra Littooy Wilensky

Chandra Littooy Wilensky is currently Chief Talent Officer at the Northern Trust Corporation, based in Chicago. Her specializations include organization development, talent management, workforce planning and high potential leadership development. She is responsible for leading the Talent Management centre of excellence with a keen focus on developing an enterprise Learning and Development strategy that is aligned to business needs and building an integrated portfolio of high impact, sustainable talent programmes. 

Chandra was previously Director, Risk Management and Product Strategy at Allstate, and Manager, Process Reengineering and Organization Development at Prudential. She holds an MBA in Management and International Business from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago and an MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from New York University.
