Ada Sim

Ada Sim is Director of Products at Emerson Collective. She works directly with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to co-design and develop innovative technology solutions to strengthen the social sector efforts. As a community builder and an advocate of using technology and data for positive impact, Ada has led global teams to successfully leverage data for good and re-engineer systems with technology.  

She has over a decade of experience in the financial sector at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she held diverse roles in development, corporate finance, investor relations, strategy, and the chief operating office. In addition, she has worked and advised a number of early stage international civil society organizations collaborating with them to identify the data that matters to further their missions in serving their respective communities. 

In 2019, Ada was part of Common Purpose's Streetwise mba program and she currently resides in New York City
