Tavengwa Tavengwa is an Associate Partner at EY Ireland. He has advised several corporations in understanding, evaluating and managing technology risks for the last 19 years, whilst working with KPMG, PWC and now EY. In his various roles he has experienced the power of coaching, diversity and purpose. He has and continues to hold people leadership roles in EY. He is also a member of the EY Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee and is an ambassador on the power of diversity.
He is originally from Zimbabwe, living in Ireland for more than 14 years and is married to Rumbie with three kids. He grew up in a poor neighbourhood in Zimbabwe and he observed first-hand how families with purpose changed the course of their lives. He is passionate about enabling and stimulating individuals to awaken to the possibility that they can become more.
Tavengwa is a qualified Business and Life Coach and an alumnus of the Common Purpose Meridian leadership programme. He is also a Certified Information Security Auditor and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with the University of South Africa.
