Lauren Le Franc is currently the founder of the Little Coffee Company, an award winning sustainable enterprise that helps small-holder farmers get access to markets and funding. She works mainly with female farmers in disadvantaged communities to help them build economic independence and sustainable farming methods. Her work takes her across the Caribbean and Africa.
She has recently won awards such as Inspiring Innovator of the Year 2018 and volunteers at public speaking and leadership events.
Lauren has a law and business degree, she has also been called to the Bar of England and Wales at the Inns of Court. She works on small claims matters and Pro Bono work.
