Joseph Ruane

Joseph is originally from Galway but now lives in Dublin.

For over 20 years, he has worked in the Health Services in Northern Ireland, England and Ireland holding a number of senior positions and his current role is Head of Primary Care for the Midlands, Louth and Meath.

His studies include B Sc. (Hons) Human Nutrition from the University of Ulster, Diploma in Professional Development (Community Organisations) and M.Sc. in Health Service Management from the University of Wales College of Medicine, Barrister-at-Law Degree from the Honourable Society of the Kings Inns and a Diploma in Leadership & Quality from the Royal College of Physicians.

His interests include sports, politics, podcasts and attending as many sporting and cultural events as possible.
