I have 25+ years in Business Management and Human Resources. In my career to date I have held a number of senior leadership roles in the manufacturing, technology and financial services sectors in the UK and Ireland.
I have been with Standard Life International, an investments and long term savings company providing solutions to financial advisers in the Irish, German and Austrian and UK Offshore channels, since 2010 and currently hold the position of Head of Human Resources Europe. I have successfully led strategic organisational change projects, including most recently as European HR Lead for the Brexit Programme and the acquisition of Standard Life International by the Phoenix Group.
I am energised and driven by improving business outcomes and individual performance through connecting people to new thinking, ideas and practice, and I coach and mentor leaders and high potential talent inside and outside my organisation. I hold a Business degree and an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Trinity College.
