Ed Kitchen

Ed Kitchen is GM Operations, Grocery & New Verticals (ANZ), Uber. 

Ed has had the opportunity to work and study in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Prior to joining Uber, Ed worked as a management consultant for KPMG, focussing on strategy and supply chain. Ed also worked as Group Projects Director for Common Purpose in London from 2014 to 2015, which was the beginning of Ed's relationship with Common Purpose.

Ed holds a Master in International Relations from Monash University, with a focus on conflict resolution and political economy. This included a semester on exchange at King's College London. Ed also has Bachelors degrees in Commerce (Finance) and Arts (Politics and History) from the University of Melbourne.

Ed is passionate about cities, sustainability and helping young leaders thrive in an increasingly complex and technology-driven world. Ed lives in Melbourne with his girlfriend, Steph, and little puppy, Rosie.
