Annamária Horváth

Annamária was a participant on a Common Purpose Meridian programme in Budapest in early 2014. She started to support Common Purpose Hungary by volunteering and became Managing Director Common Purpose Hungary later that year. Annamária is responsible for running Meridian in Budapest and for the operation of the Budapest office.

She is dedicated to the mission and core values of Common Purpose and believes that Common Purpose is essential in supporting leaders to act with social responsibility.

Annamária holds an MSc Degree in Economics from Corvinus University, Budapest, as well as being a certified mediator and coach. Before joining Common Purpose, she worked in the field of human resources management. She is an HR professional with more than 14 years' experience mainly from her time at General Electric in different HR manager roles. She supported very different types of organisations, recruited employees, planned and designed training programmes, facilitated workshops and worked in organisation developmental projects.

Annamária is a mother of two boys. In her free time, she enjoys being with her children, travelling, music and dancing. She volunteers with other non-profit organisations and continuously strives to develop herself in different fields.
