Amee Parikh

Amee Parikh is a corporate law and finance consultant with over twenty years’ experience across both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Presently she is an executive director at Amansa Capital, Amansa Fund LP, Amansa Holdings, Amansa Investments and AAP Advisors.

She is also an independent corporate law consultant enabling start-ups with legal and finance advice.

Amee is a non-executive director of Amansa Social Foundation which engages with social entrepreneurs and undertakes philanthropic activities in India.

In addition, she serves on the board of Magic Bus.

Amee was an assistant lecturer for Economics and Public Policy at LEE KUAN YEW School of Public Policy, Singapore between 2009 and 2011.

Prior to that, she had set up a proprietary firm, Amee Parikh & Co. which provided business law consultation to corporates since 1990 to 2007.

Amee was educated at Bombay University and Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
She has also done her ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators), UK.
