When training and development occurs throughout your internship with us, you can join as many sessions as you want! This could elevate and enhance your current skillset and build on your existing knowledge.

What could you be doing?

You will be placed within a specific team to support their team based activities, whether that be through opportunities to work on specific projects, tasks and / or shadowing someone as they perform their daily responsibilities.

Expectations

  • We are looking for someone who is dedicated and hardworking and excited to work as part of a wider team where they will develop and learn key skills in an area that they are passionate about
  • Commit to working with Common Purpose for a minimum of three months

Teams you could work with:

  • Programme Delivery: Our Programme Delivery team manages and delivers Common Purpose’s in-person and online leadership programmes all around the world for multiple generations of leaders from students in universities to senior leaders in organizations and society
  • Business/Partnerships development: Our Business/Partnerships development team is responsible for scaling the business across the globe by growing new partnerships
  • Brand, Communications & Product: Our Brand, Communications & Product team are responsible for product development, marketing strategy and amongst other parts of the marketing mix oversees our branding, advertising and promotional campaigns
  • Finance: Our finance team supports all financial aspects related to teams and the business as a whole
  • People: Our People team support with HR enquiries and policies, people development and work to create and promote a positive and supportive working culture
  • Operations: Our Operations team is responsible for supporting the smooth running of the organization through the development of organizational policies and procedures

All our internships are paid based on the location of the internship (opportunities are available in the UK, US, Australia, India, Singapore, Ireland and Hong Kong).

No previous experience of working in the charity sector is needed, but specific skills requirements for each team will be taken into account in the selection process.
