We are currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious professional to lead CSCLeaders with a strong focus on Business Development. Operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment you will be responsible for ensuring that our CSCLeaders team meets its business goals. We are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about leadership development. At the same time, a pragmatic and commercial approach is essential as well as the ability to influence at all levels. The successful candidate will have experience of working in team leadership and a track record of Business Development showing entrepreneurial initiative.

Responsible to: CEO, Common Purpose Asia-Pacific
Physical Location: UK
The main purpose of this role is to lead the CSCLeaders team and to sell, design and deliver the CSCLeaders programme. This will require you to generate leads, drive business development, manage key clients and corporate partners globally, who provide the participants and sponsorship for our programmes, as well as developing and delivering the CSCLeaders programme to a high standard. It also requires the successful candidate to leverage the relationships with our existing partners in the Commonwealth to drive the growth of our business in both sales and curriculum development.
A self-starter, with international experience, you will have a strong ability to work on your own initiative, working with existing clients and be entrepreneurial in generating new business leads. You will also have strong team leadership experience, as this role will require you to effectively manage the CSCLeaders team, in both a sales and curriculum capacity.
