We are currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious professional to join us as Senior Programme Co-ordinator in our Leeds & Yorkshire team in the UK. Operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment you will be responsible for ensuring that our Leeds & Yorkshire team is supported to meet business goals. We are looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about leadership development. The successful candidate will have experience of working in an events co-ordinator, project management or training programme co-ordinator role.

Responsible to: Senior Programme Director
Salary: £20,000 - 21,000 per annum
Duration: Permanent Full time, 5 days per week
The main purpose of this role is to co-ordinate activities for Common Purpose programmes across Leeds & Yorkshire and to support the business and curriculum development work of the Senior Programme Director. This includes both open programmes and customized work. The role may also be required to work and travel across the UK from time to time supporting other members of the wider CPUK team as part of Common Purpose’s flexible resource model.
A self-starter you will have a strong ability to work independently and on your own initiative. You will have strong communication skills, and experience in event co-ordination and working on a daily basis with systems and data. You will be responsible for sales and marketing co-ordination of our programmes, relationship management, along with taking ownership of general office administration.
