We are currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious professional to join us as Project Co-ordinator in our London hub team in our Central office. Operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment you will be responsible for the smooth execution of Common Purpose leadership programmes and events. We are looking for someone to be a part of a young, energetic team working out of London. The successful candidate will be exposed to a number of local and international leadership programmes to work on, resulting in a steep learning curve.

The London hub team is going through a period of significant growth in the delivering of leadership programmes in London, Europe and the Middle East. The main purpose of this role is to manage and run successful leadership programmes including the streetwise mba, the American Express Leadership Academy and various others. As a part of the role, you will also be responsible for managing, coordinating and delivering high quality events for the London hub team, which will involve engagement with senior leaders.
A self-starter, with excellent communication skills, you will have a strong ability to work on your own initiative, and working with an agile team on the planning of our programmes. You will also have experience in project management, as well as the delivery of our programmes, while being able to multi-task in an energetic, fast-paced team.
