David is an experienced project manager, having worked in both
the private and voluntary sectors. David has worked with Common
Purpose since 2011 having relocated to the UK from Ireland. David
began his career with Common Purpose as the Course Manager for the
London Meridian course for senior leaders. He also works on Common
Purpose's London Your Turn course which aims to develop the
capabilities of students in key stage 3 of their learning cycle. He
enjoys the different dynamics of working with both senior leaders
and student groups.
Prior to joining Common Purpose, David worked in the
Telecommunications industry specialising in sales and internal
training delivery. He has also previously worked in consultancy and
with various Chambers of Commerce in Ireland as a relationship
& project manager, and training facilitator. He has
successfully delivered a large training initiative between local
business and national government leading to increased collaboration
and knowledge sharing initiatives and has also worked on a joint
initiative between Ireland and the EU on a cross sharing skills
based programme.
David holds a BBS (Hons) in Business & Marketing from the
University of Limerick, Ireland.
