Bríd Harrington is a recent graduate of the UCD Innovation Academy - an 'ideas factory for studying and sharing entrepreneurial and creative thinking.'
Born in Cork, she has a BA in European studies and languages from UCC and the TU Berlin, and has worked in Ireland, the UK and Germany in event management, creative image rights licensing, and IT software sales and training.
Bríd is passionate about life-long learning, and also holds post-graduate degrees in Applied Social Policy and Digital Humanities from UCC.
Bríd has recently joined the Common Purpose team in Cork as a Programme Manager. She lives in Cork with her dog Scruffy and to relax Bríd enjoys DIY, art & design, upcycling old furniture, and going to live music gigs.
